Tauba Auerbach
Tauba Auerbach is a visual artist, illustrator Born in San Francisco in 1981 and now based between San Francisco and New York. Auerbach's fascination with fonts and language led her to study visual art in Stanford University, California. After her graduation she took a job painting signs in her home town which only fueled her obsession with text. Her text based work playfully combines letters to give them new meanings

Adhemas Batista
Adhemas Batista is a self taught digital artist from Sao Paulo Brazil. His titles now include Art Director, Designer, Illustrator, and Photographer. His work is bright and colourful which is why I was so drawn to it. He has worked with many high profile brands, Havaianas, Absolut Vodka, Adobe, Basf, Coca-Cola to name but a few.
He now works out of Magenta his own studio based in Los Angeles, CA

Chimera
As part of the Chimera brief I was asked to research a Chimera, to get an idea of what is generally thought to be a chimera then move away from that idea altogether. So I began by google-ing 'Chimera'.The mythological meaning of a Chimera is a 'monstrous fire-breathing female creature composed of the parts of multiple animals' here are some images I got.




Chimera
For this second brief I was asked to make a list of items in my bag that day and list the items of two classmates with the aim of creating a Chimera.
In my bag:
Phone, Cigerettes, Lighter, Perfume, Lip Balm, Tissues, A4 Sketch Pad, Pencil Case with markers, Pencil case with pencils, pens etc. Pastels, Journal, Purse, House Keys.

Theo Gennitsakis is a graphic designer and illustrator from Greece living in Paris.
He has worked as an Art Director for several European advertising agencies on brands such as Nike, Hermes, Adidas, Chanel and Puma.
